Starspins has now rebranded to MEGAWAYS Casino™. 

Like Starspins, MEGAWAYS Casino is also operated by Gamesys Operations Limited under the same gaming licence, but at megawayscasino.com. 
 
What does this mean for your Starspins account? 
 
You continue to have the same access to your Starspins account at MEGAWAYS Casino, including: 

• Account details, including your username and existing password will remain the same. You will be able to use these details to log into your account at MEGAWAYS Casino. 
• Account balance, including the same registered payment methods. 
• Account settings, including any deposit limits, session reminders and marketing communications’ preferences. You will be able to view and edit your account settings in the ‘My Account’ section at any time. 
• Ongoing offers and promotions. You will be able to continue to participate at MEGAWAYS Casino in any ongoing offers and promotions that you started taking part in at Starspins prior to the rebrand. However, please see below some important updates to the Welcome Offer. 

What happens to the Starspins Welcome Offer? 
 
For members who are eligible for the Starspins Welcome Offer, this will no longer be available from the launch date of MEGAWAYS Casino, but you will instead be eligible for the MEGAWAYS Casino Welcome Offer. Please read the onsite notices summarising the key changes. 
 
What happens to your Starspins account in the meantime? 
 
You can continue to use your Starspins account at the Starspins website as usual for a few more days. 
 
Once Starspins has rebranded to MEGAWAYS Casino on Monday 22nd February, for ease of access, your Starspins account will continue to be available at the Starspins website for a transitional period of at least three days. 
 
After this time, your Starspins account will no longer be available at the Starspins website and you will no longer be able to open a new account at the Starspins website. You will instead be directed to the MEGAWAYS Casino website where you will be able to use your Starspins account details to log into your account at MEGAWAYS Casino as above.  
 
If at any point you decide that you do not wish to play on MEGAWAYS Casino, you can close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. 
 
What about terms and conditions? 

• Website terms and conditions and privacy policy. When you first log into your account after the rebrand, you will need to read and accept the website terms and conditions of MEGAWAYS Casino. Your personal data will then be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of MEGAWAYS Casino.  

• If you do not complete the above step, you will not be able to play at MEGAWAYS Casino. 
• There will be no material differences between the website terms and conditions and privacy policy for Starspins and the website terms and conditions and privacy policy for MEGAWAYS Casino. But you will be able to read a summary of any key changes in onsite notices at MEGAWAYS Casino. 
• The website terms and conditions and privacy policy of Starspins will continue to apply in respect of any account activity that took place at the Starspins website. Please contact Customer Support if you would like to see copies of these after the rebrand.  

Promotional terms and conditions. 

• For ongoing Starspins offers and promotions (excluding the Welcome Offer), the Starspins promotional terms and conditions will continue to apply at MEGAWAYS Casino. Where you qualify for any rewards, bonuses or prizes at Starspins after the rebrand, these will be credited by MEGAWAYS Casino. Where you qualify for these before the rebrand but were not credited by Starspins, these will also be credited by MEGAWAYS Casino. 
• For the Welcome Offer, if you have not opted into the Starspins Welcome Offer and completed the deposit requirements before the rebrand, the rules of the MEGAWAYS Casino Welcome Offer shall apply instead once you have opted into this. However, the Starspins Welcome Offer Rules will continue to apply if you opted in and completed the deposit requirements before the rebrand (even where you qualified for any rewards after the rebrand).
