How do I use the History section to track payments?
The status of the payments are as follows:
• ‘Pending’ - This means the payment has not yet left our systems for a withdrawal, or reached our systems for a deposit.
• ‘Processed’ – This will show when a withdrawal has left our systems. This means the withdrawal has been sent out to your payment method but has not been confirmed as received.
• ‘Successful’ - In terms of Deposits, this means that the funds have been applied to your playing balance. In terms of withdrawals, when using a Debit Card, Successful means the withdrawal has been confirmed as received by the payment provider. When using any other payment method, Successful means the money has left our own systems.
• ‘Failed’ – This means the money has been returned to your playing account balance as a withdrawal has failed, it could also mean that a deposit has failed to reach our systems and so is being processed back to your bank balance.
