I've blocked my card, but I can still see it on my account. Why?
You will still be able to see any blocked payment methods, but you would not be able to deposit from it any more.
As an authorised card merchant, we are legally required to keep a record of any and all card transactions that we process, including card details, for at least 7 years. This is part of our compliance with EU Money Laundering Directives, as well as for auditing purposes. Please rest assured that your card details are stored securely in line with EU Data Protection directives.
