We will process your winnings within 4-24 hours and once processed, depending on your card provider, there might be different timescales until your withdrawal has cleared into your bank account. Please be aware that this does not include weekends.

Visa Debit:

If your card provider is with VISA, this can take up to 3 working days for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.

Mastercard:

If your card provider is with MasterCard, then this can take up to 3 working days for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.

Visa Direct:

If your card provider is Visa Direct, this can take up to 4 hours for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.

Tracking your withdrawal:

You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time by going to My Account > History > Payment History.

• Pending: Your withdrawal has not yet been processed by us.
  
  
• Processed: Your funds have been processed by us, but it has not yet been received by your payment provider.
  
  
• Success: This means your payment provider’s automated systems have received the funds, and they will be in your available balance in the timeframes above.
