Withdrawal Timescales - Spring Bank Holiday (May 29th)
As payment providers usually only process withdrawals on normal working days, it may take longer to receive your funds over the Spring Bank Holiday (May 29th). You can check the status of your withdrawal by going to My Account > History > Payment History and while we will aim to process all withdrawals within 4-24 hours, the time in which they will take to clear will be dependent on your bank. Your payment should show as one of the following statuses:
- Pending: Your withdrawal has not yet been processed by us. (We normally do this within 24 hours)
- Processed: Your funds have been processed by us, but it has not yet been received by your card provider.
- Success: This means your card provider’s automated systems have received the funds, and they will be in your available balance when your bank has cleared the funds.
If your withdrawal is showing as either “processed” or “success” in your payment history, then you can refer to the table below which will give you an estimation of when those funds will be available in your bank:
